So Tomorrow Candace leaves for NZ. I cannot believe that the time has already come and I couldn't be happier for her. On Sunday we held a farewell party in her honor. With good food (crab salad, coconut chicken, roasted kumara and creamed corn and cheese toasties, topped off with coconut cookies....yum)fun games (two versions of NZ trivia and poi balls), and lots of family fun. But unfortunately amidst all the celebrating we did not get many pictures. So here are a few that we captured.
Candace... we are so excited for you to go. But more excited for you to come back and tell us all about the adventure of Student Teaching in another country.

Here she is raking leaves in style. At this point in my blogging career I cannot figure out how to make her stand up right. So she is a laying down raker. Still sassy as ever. I now vow to promise to learn how to blog by the time you get home!
